When organising a private event, it’s important to communicate your vision with the bar staff. Including menu options, drink packages, and any special requests you may have. Additionally, think about the layout of the space, entertainment options, and any decorations that will enhance the ambiance. CASH BAR
A cash bar is a type of bar service where guests pay for their drinks. This is different from an open bar, where drinks are provided at no cost to the guests. Cash bars are common at events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Guests can purchase drinks using cash or credit card at the bar (card payments are subject to adequate wifi signal). It is important to communicate to guests ahead of time if there will be a cash bar so they can plan accordingly.
HOSTED BAR
A hosted bar allows you to pay a set amount in advance for your guests drinks so they can order at their leisure. This is a very popular option as it allows you to budget better. Once the prepaid amount has been reach you can then decide whether you would like to increase this or move to a paid par where guests would then start to pay for their own drinks.
