IS THERE A MINIMUM BAR SPEND REQUIRMENT?

If you decide the CASH BAR option is for you, see below for the finer details, your guests pay for their own drinks with a minimum event spend of £1800.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PRICING PACKAGES

CASH BAR: we arrive at an agreed time charge your guests by card or cash (we exept all major payment cards as long as theres WiFi or good moblie data is available.

HOST BAR: lets say you would like to pay for your  guests to have a drink and contribute £500, We would keep a running tab throughout your event so your guests can enjoy drinks on you until the agreed amount and then revert back to a cash bar. we can then provide you with a itemsed reciept for your spend.

DO YOU OFFER A DRY BAR HIRE SERVICE WHERE CLIENTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN ALCOHOL?

The Celtic Tap doesn't offer dry hire for our vintage Horsebox Bar, however if you select one of our vintage bars we can offer the bar only which you could stock and staff yourself.

DO YOU OBTAIN THE EVENT LICENCE?

To enable us to sell alcohol at a private event or function, we need to obtain a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from the local authority which is legally reqiured and need to be displayed during the event, we will liaise with your local authority and book this on your behalf so you don't need to worrry. The cost of the Events notice is included in your booking fee.

SETTING UP TIME

We will need a minimium set up time for any event depending on the requirments and access to the  venue. Ideally we would recommed visiting the venue or function prior to your event to ensure we can setup up in a reasonable and timely manner. If you have booked a venue we can liaise with them dierecty on your behalf.

WHAT ARE THE BAR DIMENSIONS ?

We can provide you with our bar dimensions once we know your bar selection.

DO YOU HAVE THE RELEVENT INSURANCE

YES, we are fully insursured with public liabilty insurance for events that we host (not dry hire).

DO YOU HOLD  HYGIENE CERTFICATE?

At The Celitc Tap we are proud to hold a food hygeine rating  certificate rating of  5 and NCASS FOOD HYGIENE Certificate

WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

We have our own generator power supply if we are unable to connect to a power outlet on the day (Please ask about this service), we have contactless wireless payment machines, and POS (point of sale) systems if WiFi is avilable or there is good Moblie data available.

HOW FAR DO WE TRAVEL?

We are located in Llantrisant South Wales, we are more than happy to travel (within reason) our team love a good get together! Additional travel cost may occur.

WHAT BEVERAGES DO YOU SELL?

• We source locally  produced beverages where possible in additonal to some International Brands.
• Draught ale, lager, cider (on the Horsebox Bar only)
• Craft bottled ales, ciders and lagers
• Small batches of locally sourced Spirit's, Gin's, Whiskey's, Moonshine.
• A selection of international branded spirits
• Sparkling Wines, Prosecco white and rose
• Still wines red, rose and white
• Selection of Cocktails & Mocktails
• NON alcoholic beer and soft drinks

Please note we offer a great selection of craft ale, lager & ciders prefectly chilled, we can help you choose the best products for your event.

Please note if you request Craft products by the keg, once opened it must be used within a short peroid of time. Therefore any residual product remining at the end of your event will be charge for, at £2.00 per pint and invoiced to you on the first working day follwing your event.  We will endevour to keep this to a minimum as no one wants to waste a good pint of CRAFT ALE

DO YOU PROVIDE GLASSWARE?
